I used Citracal for a few weeks and I guess it was doing what it’s supposed to do, because I didn’t feel worse or anything. But quickly I started getting bloated and a little constipated, which I’m blaming on this since I hadn’t really changed much else, except maybe my snacks here and there. It wasn’t awful or painful, just annoying enough that I stopped taking it. Might be fine for other people, but my stomach apparently said no thanks.

I really wanted these to work for me, but I just can’t get over the taste. It’s kind of chalky, and the aftertaste hangs around way longer than I’d like. They’re not awful, but I don’t look forward to taking them, which makes it hard for me to stick with.

I was glad to see it has vitamin D included. It’s one of those things I try to keep an eye on, especially during times when I’m not getting outside as much... which, happens more than I plan. Simple little bonus, but I appreciate it.

I hopped on citracal.com to order the calcium gummies I usually buy, but once again they were out of stock. It’s happened a few times now, so at this point it feels hit or miss when I try to restock, which is frustrating when I’m trying to stay consistent with the same product.
The website itself is fine and easy enough to get around, but that doesn’t really matter if the item I need isn’t available. I just wish they were better about updating stock or at least giving a clearer idea of when it’ll be back.

The outer box was a little dented on one corner, but thankfully everything inside was perfectly fine with no leaks or damage. It might be nice to have a bit more padding in the future, but overall I’m pleased and relieved it arrived safely.
